2. Appointment Policy

  • Appointments can be booked through our website (via Calendly), by phone, or via WhatsApp.
  • All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, we request you to inform us at least 4 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient.
  • Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in the clinic reserving the right to require advance payment for future bookings.

3. Consultation & Fees

  • Consultation fees are payable at the time of the visit. We accept payments via cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.
  • Fee schedules are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking or check-in.
  • Any diagnostic tests, lab work, ultrasound examinations, or procedures recommended during your consultation will be charged separately.
  • Online/teleconsultation (if available) may carry different fee structures and will be communicated before the session begins.

  • All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment plans provided by Dr. Sarika Solanke are based on clinical examination, patient history, and professional judgement.
